Scroll-a-buttohn-ess

Previous to this post the thought of scrolling down a web page was, well, quite disgusting to me. Anything past a page and a half and I’d usually lose interest. Being in the web design business, I wholeheartedly believed that scrolling is of the devil (not really) and should be avoided at all costs. (Now whether my own methods are consistent with that view is a whole different issue. :S)
Well, despite my rantings and railings against it, I recently had occasion for the words “Scrolling is AWEsome!!” to just blurt out of my mouth.
Now, I understand that having to scroll a long way for information can be tedious, but like my exclamation… yes… it too can be awesome! I found that by not scrolling I was missing quite a bit of information (sometimes helpful, remarkable, amazing, even joyous).
So before you join the rest of the world that just gives up when they see them, join me and give scrollbars a chance (especially the ones at RedFence).
Hey, if Strong Bad can do it, so can we! So scroll away!
